Disclaimer: 3/21/23 The delineated outfall catchments provided herein are consistent with Section (A)(6)(b) of Appendix B (Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Program Protocol) of the CT DEEP MS4 General Permit. The delineations provided in this file can be utilized for catchment investigations pursuant to Section (A)(7)(e) of Appendix B. These delineations should not be used for drainage studies. Additionally, the delineations provide include areas which likely drain to or from private/State stormwater features (the mapping of which was not the scope of services for this file). The Digital Elevation Model (DEM) utilized to create the outfall catchment delineations in this file is 2016 version.
The outfall catchment delineation provided in this file are based on the DEM referenced, field observations conducted by Barton & Loguidice staff and the information provided to Barton & Loguidice by the Town of East Hartford. These outfall catchment delineations are only as accurate as the data available at the time this file was created and are subject to change with the inclusion of any future updated information gathered on the MS4 system, updated paving and grading plans or updated DEM files. |
